What is SEM?
Search Engine Marketing (SEM), also known as pay-per-click advertising, is used to display your business at the very top of search engine result pages. This area is reserved for these ads only - SEO cannot get you into these positions. Every time your ad is clicked your cost-per-click is deducted from your daily balance. There are a number of factors that determine your cpc including industry, quality score, and budget.

The SEM service may include any/all of the following:

- Monthly campaign progress examination and tuning

SEM vs SEO
SEM and SEO both have their pros and cons. SEM will allow you to achieve the very first position in a search engine result page, but your listing disappears when you stop the service or your budget runs out (for the day or month). SEO cannot get you into the very top positions, but will give you more permanent placements and will build your presence on the internet. We recommend SEO as the primary service and SEM as the supplimental service to your digital marketing plan.
